Meghan Oster

Research Director, The College Board

Meghan Oster is a Research Director at The College Board where she supports research initiatives across the organization using a variety of internal data sources.  She is working on creating AP student profiles to describe how students move through the AP curriculum and the association of those profiles with educational outcomes. 

Oster was a doctoral candidate in the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education (CSHPE) and IES predoctoral fellow at the University of Michigan. Previously, she was a Division Administrator for Research and Communication at Iowa College Aid. Prior to attending Michigan, Meghan worked as an institutional researcher at Northern Virginia Community College for two years. She holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from DePauw University and a master of science in education in higher education and student affairs from Baylor University.
