Stephanie Owen

Stephanie Owen is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Colby College. She studies the economics of education, with an interest in understanding reasons for and remedies for educational inequality along various dimensions. Owen graduated from the University of Michigan with a PhD in Economics and Public Policy.
