Campbell received her Ph.D. in Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelors of Science (Summa Cum Laude) in Accounting with a concentration in Economics from North Carolina A&T State University in 2004. After graduating, she began her accounting career at Deloitte Tax LLP as a Global Employer Services tax consultant in Chicago, IL.
