Joshua Skiles
Josh Skiles is a doctoral student at the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education and an IES predoctoral fellow at the University of Michigan. His research interests include the evaluation and design of policies and interventions intended to promote more equitable access to postsecondary education, with a focus on how those practices can be improved by using geospatial data. He earned his BA in Foreign Affairs and MEd in Higher Education from the University of Virginia (UVA), while working in Operations Management and, later, as a Career Advisor at UVA. In his spare time, Josh is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys spending time in nature.
