Guan-Fu Chou

EPI Fellow

Guan-Fu Chou is a doctoral student at the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education and an EPI predoctoral fellow at the University of Michigan. His research interests include higher education finance, financial aid policy, and postsecondary–labor market alignment, with a methodological focus on applied causal inference and spatial econometrics. Previously, he worked as a research assistant at Taiwan's National Academy for Educational Research. He earned an M.A. in Economics and bachelor's degrees in Education and Chinese Literature from National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan.
