Shawn Martin
Shawn Martin is an associate at Cornerstone Research. She was a fellow in the Predoctoral Training Program in Causal Inference in Education Policy Research at the University of Michigan where she earned her PhD in Economics and Public Policy. She graduated from the University of California – San Diego with a B.S. in Economics and from Georgetown University with a M.S. in Applied Mathematics & Statistics. While in D.C., she was a research assistant at SRI International and at the Comptroller of the Currency. Prior to Georgetown University, Shawn worked as a classroom teacher, curriculum developer and teacher training instructor through a two-year fellowship with Teach for China.
