Kate Lyons
Kate Lyons is a first-year Master of Public Policy student and a research assistant at the Education Policy Initiative. Prior to graduate school, she worked as a program associate for the Council of Chief State School Officers, where she supported state education leaders with focuses on assessment and accountability, multilingual learners, and early learning. She is passionate about applying research to practice for policies and services that support the well-being of children and families. Kate is from Round Rock, TX, and holds a BA in Public Policy Studies and Psychology from Duke University.
