Lauren O'Hair

Lauren O'Hair is a Research Analyst at the Education Policy Initiative. Her work at EPI has primarily focused on evaluating elementary education grants, education governance structures, and the implementation of early literacy curricula. Prior to EPI, Lauren taught first through third grade in both public and charter schools across the country. Lauren holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, a Masters in Education from the University of Massachusetts, and a BA from Grinnell College. She currently lives in Sacramento, CA and enjoys running and spending time at the beach with her dog and family.
