Samuel Owusu
Samuel Owusu is originally from Chicago, IL. Samuel is a research assistant with the Education Policy Initiative and a second year Masters in Public Policy student. He is also a graduate of Davidson College in North Carolina where he majored in International Relations and Educational Studies. While at Davidson, Sam became engaged with education research during his time as an Analyst for the College Crisis Initiative at Davidson College (C2i), an organization that tracks how educational institutions are adapting and innovating during COVID-19. Sam is interested in studying inequities in P-12 & higher educational access. He is excited to support EPI’s mission of delivering quality applied policy research that will improve outcomes for students in Michigan and beyond!
